Airbus A-330 NEO General Familiarization Course at EASA Academy – Comprehensive Overview with RR Trent 7000 Engines

Course Objectives:
Upon completing this EASA Academy course, you will be able to:

Define the general layout and characteristics of the aircraft’s major systems.

Describe the general layout and functionality of the powerplant.

Recognize special tools and test equipment used with the A-330 NEO aircraft.
Course Structure:
The EASA Academy Airbus A-330 NEO Familiarization Course follows ATA 104 and EASA Part 66 Level 1+ standards, ensuring the highest quality of training. Divided into ATA sections, the course includes chapter quizzes, which allow participants to move forward progressively. Upon successfully completing all sections, you’ll receive a serial-numbered certificate in your name.
Course Duration:
This course typically takes around 40 hours to complete, though the duration may vary depending on your experience and learning pace. You will have access to the course content for one year from the time you begin.
IA Renewal Credit:
The course (FAA ALC-1120) qualifies for 8 hours of IA Renewal Credit. After successful completion, EASA Academy will authorize this credit through FAA, and a printable IA certificate will be available at FAAsafety.gov.
FAAST AMT Award Points:
Participants will also earn 40 FAA FAAST AMT Award Points upon successful completion. If you are not yet a member of FAAST, you can register for free at faasafety.gov.
